Volunteer Opportunities

Get Involved

Would you like to get involved in with the Association? Griffins Minor Lacrosse is always looking for volunteers in order to continue providing quality lacrosse to every athlete, and as the saying goes, “many hands makes light work.” The first step in volunteering is figuring out how your volunteer commitment can best used. We are always looking for coaches, managers, trainers, convenors, special events coordinators, referees and timekeepers.

Simply decide how you want to help and then contact us. This step is easy, just contact a member of the executive who will be able to take your name and let you know what, when, how, and where you can get involved. You can also sign up to volunteer at any registration session.

If you can volunteer in any capacity, lacrosse specific such as coaching, or administrative, such as registration nights, please send an email to the VP Program — Jeff Hartley.

The commitment is small, and the rewards are great — so why not get involved?

Due to recent expansion the Griffins Minor Lacrosse Association is looking for volunteers in the following areas:

Are you interested in refereeing lacrosse this year? If so, you will need to be certified by the Ontario Lacrosse Association. For further information, click here.
