Skills Development Camps 2019
These fun and exciting camps are a huge hit with all the young lacrosse enthusiasts. Instruction will be provided by the Griffins JR B coaching staff and current players.

The Skills Camps are aimed all players between the ages of 7 (tyke) & 16 (Midget)
Each one day camp will offer separate instruction:
Attendees will be divided into groups according to skill, size, gender and age level, with each group consisting of 10-15 players.
Minimum equipment requirement is running shoes, shorts or track pants, lacrosse stick, helmet w/ mask (hockey) and gloves. There will be some scrimmage activity and checking instruction so full protective lacrosse equipment including kidney, arm and shoulder pads are strongly recommended! Helmets must be worn on the floor at ALL TIMES.
The main camps are limited to 50 players each day and early registration will guarantee a spot.
Snacks will consist of fruits, bagels, crackers and juice.
All participants bring their own water in a labelled container.

Jeremy has coached for eight years with the Junior Griffins, the last four as Head Coach. He was also Head Coach of the U of Ottawa in 2015.
Brett has played JR A lacrosse for the Ottawa Titans and Six Nations Arrows and SRB with the Ottawa Axe-men. He was also a member of the NLL Philadelphia Wings and Head Coach at U of Ottawa in 2018.
Derek has won a Founders’ Cup with the Huntsville Hawks and has coached JR C in Gloucester and JR B with the Griffins.
Kevin is a long-time coach in Eastern Ontario working with the JR C Brockville Blast and the Nemesis U19. Kevin has coached with the Griffins for the last three years.
Tyler is a former member of the Griffins JR B Club and minor coach with the Griffins Midget team
